President of the General Assembly of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam was elected as Chairman of Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association

On 27/3 in Hanoi, Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association has organized The National Congress – Term 4, Tenure  2015 - 2020, elected a new executive committee with 31 members, Chairman of the General Assembly Agriculture Industry and Rural Development of Vietnam, Former Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Ho Xuan Hung was elected as Chairman of the Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association.

Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association is a member organization of the Union of Vietnam Friendship Organizations, established since 1961. From 2007 until now, although the relation between Vietnam and Mongolia is somewhat slowed, but still maintain good traditional friendship activities, maintain regular relations with the Mongolian partners.

Over 54 years of development, Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association continue to organize the Fourth Meeting of the Executive Committee elected term in 2015 - 2020. Here, Congress has discussed and agreed through Report Conference summarizing the work and expected third term orientation fourth term work; Reports amended and supplemented charter and elect the executive committee of the fourth term.

Executive Board of the new term (2015-2020) was elected consisting of 31 members, including 01 presidents, 04 vice presidents, 01 general secretaries. Former Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Ho Xuan Hung continuously trusted in the role of Chairman of the fourth term.

In the coming term, upholding the results achieved, Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association will continue to innovate both in the organization, content and operation mode, continue to maintain, strengthen, expand and further develop friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries' traditions, creating favorable conditions for the exchanges, expand cooperation, to bridge the cooperation between organizations, local and domestic enterprises through the channels two people friendship.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Union of Friendship Organization Vu Xuan Hong Vietnam stated, Vietnam and Mongolia are two countries with a long tradition of relations. With a common desire stems contribute peacekeeping, build friendship and cooperation between peoples, both Vietnam - Mongolia is making progress through the diplomatic channel state, public diplomacy and departments, organizations and in various fields: politics, economy, culture, education ... the presidents believe that Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association will have much to contribute to the Foreign business people in general and the Vietnam - Mongolia in particular.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia in Vietnam Dorj Enkhbat speech to congratulate successful national Congress Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association term 2015 - 2020, while confirming the Embassy of Mongolia in Vietnam will actively coordinate with the Union of Vietnam Friendship Organizations and the Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association in the implementation of programs and activities to further promote the friendly relations and cooperation between staff two peoples.

On this occasion, Chairman Vu Xuan Hong, on behalf of the Presidium of the Union of Friendship Organizations Vietnam, awarded the Medal of Merit and donate to groups and individuals of Vietnam – Mongolia Friendship Association because has made a positive contribution in the activities, contributing to strengthening the friendly relations and cooperation between the two peoples.
